HOW DO I MEASURE MY HEAD?
Locate the widest point of your head. This is typically a fingers width above your eyebrow, a fingers width above your ear, and around to the back of your head. Make sure the measuring tape is firmly placed against your head, but not too tight.
Record the circumference of your head in centimeters for the most precise measurement. Please be sure not to round up or down to the nearest tenth. For example, if your head size is a 59.2cm, do not round up to a 59.5cm or down to a 59.0cm.
If you don’t have a soft measuring tape handy, follow the same instructions using a piece of rope or string, then place it beside a tape measure or ruler afterwards.

Yes, all of our hats are unisex.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY HAT?
When you’re not wearing your hat, store it the packaging provided. Use a soft bristle brush to remove any dust particles. Spot clean your hat with a damp cloth by blotting any stains and letting it air dry.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items purchased from our main collection can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn and undamaged. Items purchased from our Dexter Charles Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DO YOU HAVE A WALK IN SHOWROOM OR STORE WE COULD VISIT?

How should my hat fit?
Traditionally, hats are sized to fit a finger’s width above your eyebrow and a finger’s width above the top of your ear; however, we believe your hat should fit in a way that’s comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to you.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Your items are shipped UPS Ground within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within one to five business days. You will also get tracking information for your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Are your hats water resistant?
Most of our hats can withstand rain but we recommend keeping them as dry as possible.
